CUF Organisational Ethics
The CUF is committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned.
CUF services will be provided honestly and honourably, clients and suppliers are expected to do the same. Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our training, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.
Duty of care
The actions of CUF and advice will always conform to relevant law, and holds the belief that all businesses and organizations, including the CUF, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations it interacts with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
Contracts with clients
An understanding of any contract with a CUF client will usually be in the form of one that is verbally agreed. In the case of agreements involving large quantities of material processing then a written contract may be issued. Any written contract will therefore be subject to Turkish contract law. We will always try to meet our clients’ contractual requirements and fulfil the obligations of the contract.
Charges to Clients
The CUF charges for services will always be competitive for what is provided, which is a high quality, tailored, specialised service. CUF will however always try to propose solutions which accommodate its clients’ available budgets and timescales. Wherever possible CUF will agree the charges and basis of charges clearly in advance to enable clients to plan reliably ahead.
It is the aim of CUF to be as flexible as possible in the way that services are charged. CUF will make no attempt to charge interest on late payments, likewise it expects payments to be made when agreed. CUF terms are generally payment on completion of the work agreed.
Intellectual property and moral rights
CUF will retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that it creates unless agreed otherwise in advance with clients. In return CUF will respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in its clients’ intellectual property.
CUF will maintain the quality of services through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. CUF will encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports. Maintaining quality standards will be a continual achievement goal in which will be acknowledged by formal accreditation.
CUF will conduct all activities professionally and with integrity. It will take great care to be completely objective in any judgement and any recommendations that is given, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of CUF clients.

CUF will always strive to be fair and objective in its advice and actions, and will never be influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.
